I read about summer of self love today and would like to try this too. As a personal start today, here is some food that I enjoyed the past few months. I enjoyed it so much it had to be captured on film.

The blisters on my fingers from using pliers are still visible. I saw a woman who took her hedge shears to a sleepover, in case there was something to prune. I will become friends with her and take her to the society of botanical artists exhibition.

There were three days when I was in England with Jo and those were very happy days because we did very nice things and Jo is a lovely lovely person and we got matching bracelets and saw Sherlock Holmes and Anselm Kiefer and did more nice things of which you will eventually maybe see pictures. If you can't wait, you can also click on Jo's name and see her pictures on her blog (but you are warned because I am very good at looking silly).

I'm leaving for London / England tonight :)
Eindhoven is such a boring nothingtown. I am happy whenever I can go somewhere that is either busier or less busy or more beautiful or a million times uglier. Eindhoven is too average to be exciting.

I had a few wonderful days in London with Annie and Jo, whom I love a lot. Jo is amazing and made incredibly beautiful pictures that you should see.

In London we drank a lot of coffee, sat around in parcs and watched people. I got educated on British culture (Whitnail and I, crumpets, tea with milk, etc) by my two favourite british girls, and of course we did some shopping.

I bought a lace buttonup, a floral 3-pound dress, fluffy animals that we made into earrings and lobster will turn into a ring, a moodring and Oh Comely. Oh Comely is perfect and full of cute images / illustrations and stories.

My lace button-up has the most beautiful collar in the world, so I made tons of photobooth pictures.
