This is me by Martin (flickr / blog) in his room in Sweden.

This is also the outfit I've been wearing pretty much nonstop. My new motto: as long as it doesn't smell and it has pockets, it's fine by me. It's funny how I've changed. Last year I wouldn't dare to go out without a perfect outfit and my hair and make-up done, while now I just don't care anymore if I'm covered in dust or plaster because it's bound to happen anyway and everything that comes into the mechanical workshops (where I spend my entire day from 9 till 10) will come out dirty anyway, so it doesn't make sense to wear something clean every day. hihi. Also, these Zara pants are the most comfortable thing on earth. I love them.

These days I listen to: Palpitation, Fleet Foxes and Warpaint.

Finished today: Birdhouse.

It's called 'Huisje in 't Groen' which is literally translated as 'Little house in the green'.

I've successfully made my way through Activity and Mobility, now hopefully I'll make it through Lab as well.

See how this blog slowly turns from a fashionrelated blog, into a blog about nothing, into a blog about the things I make at school? I don't think many of you like it, but I can't really be bothered by that, I like showing what I make.

Back to work now. It's cold here and a big big mess.

Chairs are all I think about these days. Taking a day off today to work on my birdhouse. Only 1,5 week to go, wish me luck. After that: free time and my birthday (22 november)!

Hello,

I just came back from Malmö. It was lovely. I love Sweden to pieces, everything (most things) is so cute. And Martin was really really lovely as well, so it was good. Now I'm back in the Netherlands and I miss it already. I will move to Sweden one day.

I didn't take many pictures because Martin is an amazing photographer and I'd feel just stupid if I did. So hopefully some of the pictures he took will appear on his blog some time in the future. (Oh and once you're there, download his mixtape. I've been listening to it for days and I love it)

Hello lovelies,

This weekend my friends and I went on a little trip to Antwerp. We had a lovely two days. Lots of sun. We did some shopping, walked around lots, ate lots of chocolate, laughed, relaxed at the waterside, went to the fashion museum, saw 'Eat Pray Love' in the cinema (I strongly recommend this!) and just generally had lots of fun. I love my friends.

I bought myself a nice comfortable fluffy jumper because after those two warmish sunny days, autumn now brings the cold to our country. And I love it, but I need warm clothes to not freeze to death (yep, already dreading winter). Today I also bought some cute socks.

p.s.s. I'm going to see despicable me tomorrow! My Amsterdamfriends and I have been anticipating this movie for aaaages. I literally watch the trailer at least a dozen times. It's so good. I'm awfully excited. HI VEERLE. I know you're reading this at some point. Aren't you proud I mentioned you?

I used to draw lots of lookbook people to practice my drawing skills. I couldn't be bothered to scan them all in, so here's just one for you.
