1 ripe avocado, cut in half, skin and stone removed
400 g can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 garlic clove, peeled, finely chopped
1-2 lemons, juice only
½ tsp tabasco
½ tsp ground cumin
sea salt, to taste

How to prepare

1. Blend all of the ingredients ina food processor untill smooth (or make it smooth with a fork, like I did)
2. Transfer the avocado hummus to a bowl and cover with cling film
3. Serve in bowls with bread.

Blend's Friday Food always looks so good. So a few days ago I found myself chopping garlic at 8 in the morning, but it was worth it because this is delicious. Even better since it was on my favourite bread & on my favourite breakfast plate.
